China’s LED chip manufacturer Jing’anOptoelectronics, a subsidiary of San’an Optoelectronics, has started making LED sapphire substrates in Anxi County.
The scale of investment is 2.538bn for Phase I, with construction duration of 3 years. The project has introduced 410 sets of long crystal furnaces and other technological equipment accordingly, with a planned annual production capacity of 12 million LED sapphire substrates.
