Founded in March 2005 is an operation entity of Shanghai National Semiconductor LED lighting Industrialization Base. It is an enterprise-university-research-institute joint R&D and Public Service Institution led by Shanghai Science & Technology Bureau and Pudong New District. Over the years, the center hosted many sessions of the international semiconductor lighting application technology forum, which invited hundreds of experts and scholars to make a report, attracted thousands of audience participation.
