As received $4 million from the US government, , a global supplier of crystalline nitride semiconductor materials, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has cooperated with Veeco in a next generation LED tree manufacturing equipment development project.

Kyma Technologies will be supplying material and services to Veeco as part of this development project.
